About the Authors

Bill Gargiulo is passionate about working with people, helping them discover what they love to do and then finding means to accomplish this within the context of an organization. He has had significant leadership roles in several Fortune 100 Companies with primary focus on talent leadership, executive development, high performance and employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and global culture change. Currently he is the head of executive development and organizational effectiveness for a 39 billion dollar Chicago based health care conglomerate.

 A true multicultural leader, Gargiulo speaks several languages and draws insight from a childhood spent on five continents. He holds an undergraduate degree in liberal arts from Denison University and an International MBA from the Garvin School of International Management (Thunderbird). He lives in Chicago, Illinois and enjoys consulting, teaching, music, writing, and traveling.
