Endorsements Biography He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Finance from The School of Management
at Boston College. He earned a Master's degree in Counseling from Syracuse
University, and he did his doctoral studies at Loyola University of Chicago,
earning his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 1986. He spent over 15 years as a psychotherapist before consulting with business.
Organizations he has consulted for include Amcor, Blue Cross/Blue Shield
of Illinois, Exelon, Deloitte and Touche, the Federal Reserve, Grainger,
Hallmark, H+R Block, Huron Consulting, Olgilvie and Mather, Sears, SunGard/Collegis,
Whirlpool, and Zebra Technologies. He and his wife, Dorothea, live in Chicago, and have seven children.
